You can return or exchange any physical product within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked. To begin your return, just email us at support@intelligentwellbeing.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process. All return shipping must be covered by the customer unless there is a clear defect or issue with your order.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of suspected policy abuse, including excessive returns or attempts to refund promotional items repeatedly.
Refund Policy for Stolen or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your order as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, our policy is to offer a replacement, not a refund.
We do not issue refunds for stolen or missing packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier. This policy is in place to:
• Prevent abuse of our return system
• Keep our pricing fair for all customers
• Maintain long-term sustainability as a small, family-run business
You may be eligible for a one-time courtesy replacement for any order that is confirmed delivered but not received. We will cover the cost of this replacement and shipping. We cannot guarantee replacements for repeat claims to the same address.
To qualify for a replacement, the following must apply:
• The delivery address provided at checkout was correct.
• The tracking number shows a completed delivery.
• You notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
• If the amount paid for the order or the retail cost is above $50, we need a police report case number before we can issue any replacements.
Please notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date to qualify for a replacement. For best delivery success, we strongly recommend shipping to a secure address or requesting delivery to a PO Box or UPS Access Point.

But hey, if you just want to return one or two items, we’ve got you covered with store credit – that way you can try something else that might be a better fit. Just cover the return shipping (unless something arrived damaged or we messed up – then it’s totally on us!).

🎁 Return Policy for Orders with Free Promotional Gifts
From time to time, we offer free promotional items, like our $38 Sunblock, when your order reaches a specific spending threshold (e.g., free Sunblock with any $50+ purchase). These gifts are our way of showing appreciation for your support.
To keep these promotions sustainable and fair for all customers, please note the following:
• If you return part of your order and your remaining total falls below the required spend threshold (e.g., $50), the full value of the promotional item will be deducted from your refund unless it is also returned.
• If you return all qualifying items but keep the free gift, we will subtract its regular price from your total refund.
• If you wish to return only the promotional item (e.g., a free Sunblock), you’re welcome to send it back, but please note that we cannot issue a refund or store credit since it was not purchased.
Example:
If you spend $66 and receive a free Sunblock, but later return a $38 item—your adjusted order total drops to $28, which no longer qualifies for the promotion. In this case, if the Sunblock is not returned with your order, we will deduct its $38 retail value from your refund.

Feedback Program + Sample Orders
Items received via sample codes or marked as “FREE” under our Feedback Program are not eligible for return or exchange. These products are offered to give you a chance to try before committing, and to help us improve.
Exceptions:
If your sample arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll happily make it right.
Abuse Disclaimer:
If we detect repeated attempts to exploit free sample offers through multiple addresses, duplicate accounts, or excessive feedback code use, future sample access and return privileges may be restricted.
Buy One Get One (BOGO) Promotions
BOGO orders are structured as two items sold at 50% off each. Return both items to receive a full refund. Return one item to receive a 50% refund.
Example: If you paid $30 in a BOGO deal, each item is valued at $15. Returning one item results in a $15 refund.
Exceptions:
BOGO refunds will not be honored if the items are returned after 30 days.
Abuse Disclaimer:
Orders showing signs of manipulating BOGO logic, such as split returns or attempts to return after exceeding normal limits may be denied future promotional redemptions.
Digital Products
eBooks:
All ebook purchases are final sale due to the nature of digital content. If you experience an issue accessing or downloading your file, reach out and we’ll make sure you get what you paid for.

Digital Coaching Programs:
All sales of coaching programs are final and non-refundable. We stand by the value of our services and our coaches. If you’re struggling to implement what you’ve learned, we’re happy to help troubleshoot or provide clarity.
Exceptions:
If a program was purchased in error and not accessed within 48 hours, email us immediately for reversal.
