Redeem your points in four steps, then use your reward on a separate eligible full-price order.
How to redeem and use your points
Redeeming turns points into a coupon. The coupon must then be applied to your cart.
Open Pasture Points & Rewards
Sign in to My Account, then choose Pasture Points & Rewards from the account menu.
Your available balance appears at the top. The redemption controls are under My Rewards.
Choose Redeem Now
Under Rewards, find Convert points to a coupon and choose Redeem Now.
Pick how many points to convert. Every 10 points becomes $1 in coupon value.
Open the Coupons tab
After redemption, we take you to Coupons automatically. This is where your redeemed points went.
You can return to this tab any time. The number on the button shows how many available coupons are waiting.
Apply or copy your coupon
Each redemption creates a coupon card. Use the option that fits what you are doing now.
Need to undo it? Open Coupons and choose Revert to Pasture Points on the coupon card. The coupon disappears and the points return to your available balance.
Use Pasture Points on their own
Pasture Points previously could be combined with many store coupons and promotions. They are now used on their own for a separate eligible full-price purchase.
One savings type per order
Pasture Points cannot be used with another coupon or promotional offer, including:
- Percentage-off or dollar-off codes
- BOGO and free-product promotions
- Sale or clearance pricing
- Already-discounted bundles
Your rewards stay yours
Your points do not expire. An unused Pasture Points coupon stays in your account until you use it, or you can revert it and return the full value to your available points balance.

What the three balances mean
Available Pasture Points
Points that are ready to convert into a coupon.
Redeemed Pasture Points
Your lifetime total of points converted into coupons. This is not a spendable balance.

The reward value you have successfully used on completed purchases.

Frequently asked questions
I redeemed my points. Where did they go?
Your points became a coupon. Open My Account, choose Pasture Points & Rewards, then open Coupons. After a new redemption, the page now takes you there automatically.
How do I redeem and use Pasture Points?
Choose Redeem Now under Rewards, select how many points to convert, open Coupons, then choose Apply Coupon. Redeeming creates the coupon. Apply Coupon adds it to your cart.
How do I join the program?
Create a free account. You will automatically join Pasture Points and receive 10 points for signing up.
Why did my available balance go down after redeeming?
The points moved out of your available balance because they were converted into a coupon. The coupon is waiting under Coupons. You can use it or choose Revert to Pasture Points to return the points to your balance.
Why did I not earn points for an order?
Some products and bundles are excluded, points may take time to process, or the order may not have been connected to your account. If the points are still missing after 48 hours, contact support.
Why will my Pasture Points coupon not apply?
Remove any other coupon or promotion, then make sure your cart contains eligible full-price products. Pasture Points do not apply to sale items, clearance items, already-discounted bundles, or other specifically excluded products. Your unused reward stays under Coupons, so you can save it for later or revert it back into points.
Can I use Pasture Points with another coupon?
No. Pasture Points must be used on their own and cannot be combined with another coupon, discount code, BOGO, free-product promotion, sale price, clearance price, or already-discounted bundle.
What changed about using Pasture Points with store promotions?
Pasture Points previously could be combined with many store coupon codes and promotions. That stacking policy has changed. Pasture Points must now be used on their own and cannot be combined with percentage-off codes, dollar-off codes, BOGO offers, free-product promotions, sale or clearance prices, or already-discounted bundles. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We make our products in small batches and work hard to keep prices fair. Using rewards separately helps us continue giving you 10% back on eligible purchases while keeping every point you have already earned fully available. Your points do not expire.
Do I still earn Pasture Points when I use a store promotion?
Yes. You continue earning Pasture Points on the eligible merchandise amount you pay after discounts. You can then save those points for a separate eligible full-price order.
What happens to a Pasture Points coupon I already created?
It remains available under Coupons in your rewards dashboard. Use it by itself on an eligible full-price order, or choose Revert to Pasture Points to return the full value to your available balance.
Do Pasture Points reduce subscription renewals?
Pasture Points can apply to the initial subscription purchase, but they do not reduce ongoing renewal charges.
How can I tell whether a coupon was used?
Open Used & Expired Coupons in your rewards dashboard. You can also review Recent Activities for the history of points earned, converted, returned, and used.
How do I earn points for a review?
Use the review request sent after your order is delivered. Eligible product reviews earn 10 points each.
