Website Use & Eligibility

By accessing https://intelligentwellbeing.com, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws. Our services are available to the general public, though specific promotions or products may carry additional restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content—including text, images, graphics, and branding—is the property of Intelligent Wellbeing. You may not reproduce or distribute our content for commercial use without our explicit written permission.

Orders & Promotion Integrity

We reserve the right to cancel any order or restrict access if we detect patterns of abuse. This includes misusing promotions, using multiple identities to bypass household limits, or providing fraudulent information.

Feedback Program (Free Tallow Balm)

Our Feedback Program is a special way to sample our products at a significant discount ($30 off). To keep this fair for all customers:

Limit: Strictly one free balm per household.
Costs: Shipping costs still apply and are non-refundable.
Exclusions: Items provided through this program are for sampling purposes and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

The Heritage Starter Set 45-Day Guarantee

We are proud to offer a special “No return required” guarantee specifically for The Heritage Starter Set. If the product you tried doesn’t meet your expectations within your 45-day window, you can receive a full refund for the bundle, and you may keep the first 1oz balm you paid for and tried.

Heritage Starter Set Refund Requirements

To protect against fraudulent “product didn’t work” claims and ensure we can continue offering this generous policy to honest customers, the following strict conditions apply to The Heritage Starter Set:

Free Gifts Must Be Returned: The “No return required” promise applies only to the one 1oz balm you tried. The free gifts included in your set (the additional Free 1oz Balm and the free gift of your choice) are not free to keep if you are requesting a refund. They must be returned to us to process your refund.
Unopened & Unused Condition: To qualify for a full refund on your starter set, the returned free gifts must be entirely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Value Deduction: If the free gifts are not returned to us, or if they are returned opened or used, the full retail value of those free items will be deducted from your refund amount. This may result in no refund being issued.
Limit One Per Customer: This specific guarantee is strictly limited to your first purchase of The Heritage Starter Set. It applies to one order per customer, household, or shipping address. Abuse of this policy will result in a ban from future purchases.

Stolen or Missing Packages

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, legal responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Intelligent Wellbeing is not responsible for packages stolen or missing after a confirmed delivery.

Conditional Replacement Policy

While we do not issue refunds for delivered items, we may—at our sole discretion and after a review of the circumstances—offer a one-time-only replacement. This courtesy is subject to the following strict conditions:

Verification: We may review carrier GPS data and delivery photos before a replacement is considered.
Strict Limit: This courtesy is limited to one instance per customer lifetime. Subsequent claims for missing packages will not be eligible for replacement.
Reporting Window: You must notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Police Report: For any order with a retail value over $50, a formal police report case number is mandatory to move forward.

Secure Delivery Recommendations

To ensure your orders arrive safely, we strongly recommend the following for customers in high-traffic or high-theft areas:

Ship to a secure location where someone is present to receive the package.
Use a PO Box if your physical porch is not secure.
Utilize package locker services or carrier-specific “Hold for Pickup” options.
