All ebook purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, once it’s downloaded, it can’t be returned. If you encounter any issues accessing or downloading the ebook, please contact us at joseph@intelligentwellbeing.com, and we’ll sort it out.
Physical Products:
We are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your physical product, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Please email us at joseph@intelligentwellbeing.com to initiate your return. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we’ve received the returned item.
Digital Coaching Programs:
All sales for digital coaching programs are final and non-refundable. We believe in our programs and stand by their value. If you have questions or concerns about your progress, feel free to reach out to your coach or our support team. We’re here to guide you on your wellness journey.
How to Initiate a Return for Physical Products:
- Email us at joseph@intelligentwellbeing.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving your RA number, using a trackable shipping service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error has occurred when filling your order.
Exceptions:
Some items may be marked as “non-returnable” in the product description. Please read all product details carefully before making a purchase.
