Where are your products made?
All Intelligent Wellbeing products are made in the United States in small batches using grass-fed tallow and carefully selected supporting ingredients.
Is your tallow bleached or deodorized?
No. We avoid industrial refining so the natural character and nutrient integrity of the ingredient stay intact.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, and standard domestic delivery typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International customers are responsible for shipping costs, duties, and taxes, and free-shipping promotions do not apply internationally.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied, email us within 45 days of delivery and we will work with you on a refund or replacement.
Are your formulas suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are made without synthetic fragrance, parabens, or harsh fillers. If you are highly sensitive, patch testing is still the best next step.
