Where are your products made?
All Intelligent Wellbeing products are hand-crafted in small batches here in the U.S. using grass-fed tallow, natural oils, and other carefully sourced ingredients.
How long will shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually arrives in 3–5 days within the U.S.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, no we do not. Shipping internationally is too paper-work intensive for us at this time.
What’s your return policy?
We stand by our products. If you’re not satisfied, email us within 45 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our formulas are made without synthetic fragrances, parabens, or harsh chemicals. Always patch test if you have concerns, and reach out if you need guidance.
