Did your prices change?
Yes. In January 2026, we permanently lowered our prices across the store. Thanks to the support of customers like you, we were able to optimize our production and buying power. Instead of keeping that extra margin, we decided to give it back to you. Same ingredients, same sourcing—just a fairer price.
Where are your products produced?
All Intelligent Wellbeing products are proudly handcrafted in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our team formulates, pours, and packages every item in small, carefully controlled batches to ensure quality and consistency.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We source grass-fed, pasture-raised tallow from responsible ranchers who care about animal welfare. Plant oils, waxes, and clays are organic whenever feasible or wild-harvested from trusted partners meeting our strict purity standards.
What does “dry-rendered tallow” mean?
“Dry rendering” means we gently melt down suet without adding water. This preserves the tallow’s naturally balanced fatty acids (similar to human sebum) and minimizes impurities. The result is a clean, neutral tallow that sinks in fast.
Is your tallow bleached or deodorized?
Absolutely not. Industrial bleaching and deodorizing strip away vital vitamins (A, D, E, and K). Because we skip these steps, our tallow retains a natural yellow hue and a faint earthy scent—the ultimate proof of quality.
Are your products organic and non-toxic?
Yes. We prioritize organic inputs and verify that our products are EDC-free and PFAS-free. We never knowingly use parabens, phthalates, or “forever chemicals” in any part of our process.
I have acne or eczema. Will tallow help?
Many people with barrier-disrupted skin do well with tallow because it mimics natural lipids. Start with a pea-sized amount on clean skin. For active flares, we recommend starting with our Unscented options.
How do I use tallow balm correctly?
Warm a pea-sized amount between clean fingertips until it melts, then press into damp skin. A little goes a long way! If you look shiny after a few minutes, you likely used too much.
Why does my balm feel firmer or softer than before?
Because we don’t use synthetic stabilizers, tallow responds to temperature. If it’s firm, warm it with your fingers. If soft, store it in a cool place. Texture variations are proof of a truly natural product.
Why do magnesium products tingle?
Topical magnesium can create a temporary tingling sensation, especially on dry skin. This is normal and usually indicates absorption. The sensation typically fades as your mineral levels improve.

How much is shipping?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $60. For orders under $60, we offer a standard flat rate. We pack orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
You have 45 days from delivery to request a return. For standard returns, customers cover return shipping. If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we cover the costs entirely.
