Why isn’t my FEEDBACK code working?

The FEEDBACK code has specific requirements:

  • Only valid for 2oz tallow balm jars
  • Excludes whipped honey variation
  • Cannot be combined with other items in cart
  • Standard shipping charges apply
  • One per customer
  • New customers only (IP address, email, and shipping address are checked to prevent fraud)

Why is your shipping so expensive for the FEEDBACK code ($8-9)?

As a small business offering a premium product at no cost, we need to charge shipping to partially offset our expenses. Many customers who claim these offers don’t make follow-up purchases, so the shipping fee helps us maintain this program while staying sustainable.

Where can I leave a review?

You’ll receive an automated review request email 21 days after your purchase. Alternatively, you can leave a review directly on the product page by scrolling down to the “Reviews” section.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in original packaging. International customers outside the USA must cover return shipping unless there’s a product defect or shipping issue.

Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation?

Order confirmations come immediately after placing a successful order. If you don’t see one in your email inbox, check your spam folder. Where is my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are sent by email and are also available in your account dashboard. Check your email spam folder and add support@intelligentwellbeing.com to your contacts. If you still can’t find it, email us with your order details and we will provide your tracking number!

How do I access my account if I can’t find my order?
