Return Policy
At Intelligent Wellbeing, your satisfaction means everything to us. We craft our products with care and stand by their quality. If something doesn’t feel right, here’s how we handle returns and replacements.
45-Day Return Window
You have forty-five (45) days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them. Opened or used products, as well as gift cards and digital downloads, are not eligible for return due to the nature of our offerings.
Free Gifts & Bundles
When an order includes a free gift or promotional item, those items must also be returned unused and unopened in order to receive a full refund. If free gifts are not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund. These gifts are included as a thank-you, but they are part of the transaction and must be accounted for in the case of a return.
Replacements Instead of Refunds (Lost or Missing Deliveries)
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, we do not issue refunds. Instead, we provide a one-time replacement of the same items in your order. This ensures you receive what you purchased while protecting both you and our small business from lost shipments. Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order to help avoid issues.
Refunds (Eligible Returns Only)
Refunds are only issued once returned products have been received and inspected. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, we are happy to swap unopened items for another product within the forty-five day window. Exchanges are processed after the original item is returned.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In the case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no cost. For all other returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee refunds for returns that do not reach us.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email our support team at support@intelligentwellbeing.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back and guide you through the next steps.
