30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund of the product price. This guarantee applies to all physical products, with the exceptions noted below.

Buy One Get One (BOGO) Items

BOGO promotions offer two items for the price of one, meaning each item effectively costs 50% of the total paid price. When returning BOGO items:

  • To receive a full refund, both items must be returned unused and in original condition.
  • If only one item is returned, you will receive a 50% refund of the original purchase price.
  • The second item is not “free” – it’s part of a package deal where both items are sold at half price.

Example: If you purchased two tallow balms for $30 in a BOGO promotion, each balm effectively costs $15. Returning just one balm will result in a $15 refund.

Feedback Program Purchases

Items received through our Feedback Program (marked as “FREE” or obtained using a feedback/sample code) are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These products are provided at no cost or significantly reduced cost specifically for sampling and feedback purposes.

As a small business, we absorb all product, packaging, and shipping costs for these samples, making it unsustainable for us to process returns on items already provided at little to no cost.

The feedback program is designed as a risk-free way to experience our products before making a regular purchase. We value your honest feedback on these samples as it helps us improve our products and descriptions.

Physical Products

We are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your physical product, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Please email us at support@intelligentwellbeing.com to initiate your return. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we’ve received and inspected the returned item.

Note on Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers outside of the USA must pay for return shipping unless there is a product defect or shipping error
  • Shipping costs for “FREE” orders are non-refundable as this is the only cost incurred

Digital Products

Ebooks

All ebook purchases are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital content. If you encounter any issues accessing or downloading your ebook, please contact us at support@intelligentwellbeing.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Digital Coaching Programs

All sales for digital coaching programs are final and non-refundable. We believe in our programs and stand by their value. If you have questions or concerns about your progress, please reach out to your coach or our support team. We’re here to guide you on your wellness journey.

How to Initiate a Return for Physical Products

  1. Email us at support@intelligentwellbeing.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving your RA number, using a trackable shipping service
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred when filling your order.

Exceptions

Some items may be marked as “non-returnable” in the product description. Please read all product details carefully before making a purchase.
