My second time ordering this magical magnesium mist. Along with salt minerals from the ocean it also has bergamot and lavender oils making it my go to after shower oil. I also spray on the bottom of my feet before bed to induce sleep and relieve any joint pain overnight. Being in a spray form makes it easy to cover any area.

This was one of the first products I bought, but I still have mixed feelings about it. I like the smell! (It’s like a fancy spa). And I do think it helps me stay asleep better, but I have a skin reaction to it (a stinging everywhere it’s applied, and it doesn’t lessen until I wash it off and apply lotion or tallow on top of it). My family doesn’t seem to have that issue, thankfully, so it still occasionally gets used. (Please note I did not reach out about a return, because it’s just my skin being sensitive & not anything wrong with the product, imo). Spray bottle works great!
