Stolen or Missing Packages Policy:
Once your package has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), the responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages that show as delivered to the address provided at checkout. However, we understand how frustrating this can be and are committed to making it right.
If your order is marked as delivered but is missing, we offer a one-time full replacement at no additional charge. We do not issue refunds for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
To qualify for a replacement, the following must apply: The delivery address provided at checkout was correct. The tracking number shows a completed delivery. You notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
If the amount paid for the order or the retail cost is above $50, we need a police report case number before we can issue any replacements.
This policy protects our small business from the growing risk of fraudulent claims, while still prioritizing your satisfaction and trust. If you’re concerned about package theft, we recommend shipping to a secure location or PO Box, or using a package protection service at checkout when available.
