Website Use & Eligibility

Orders & Promotion Integrity

We reserve the right to cancel any order or restrict access if we detect patterns of abuse. This includes misusing promotions, using multiple identities to bypass household limits, or providing fraudulent information.

Feedback Program (Free Tallow Balm)

Our Feedback Program is a special way to sample our products at a significant discount ($30 off). To keep this fair for all customers:

  • Limit: Strictly one free balm per household.
  • Costs: Shipping costs still apply and are non-refundable.
  • Exclusions: Items provided through this program are for sampling purposes and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Stolen or Missing Packages

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, legal responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Intelligent Wellbeing is not responsible for packages stolen or missing after a confirmed delivery.

Conditional Replacement Policy

While we do not issue refunds for delivered items, we may—at our sole discretion and after a review of the circumstances—offer a one-time-only replacement. This courtesy is subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Verification: We may review carrier GPS data and delivery photos before a replacement is considered.
  • Strict Limit: This courtesy is limited to one instance per customer lifetime. Subsequent claims for missing packages will not be eligible for replacement.
  • Reporting Window: You must notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
  • Police Report: For any order with a retail value over $50, a formal police report case number is mandatory to move forward.

Secure Delivery Recommendations

To ensure your orders arrive safely, we strongly recommend the following for customers in high-traffic or high-theft areas:

  • Ship to a secure location where someone is present to receive the package.
  • Use a PO Box if your physical porch is not secure.
  • Utilize package locker services or carrier-specific “Hold for Pickup” options.
