Our Feedback Program provides one free jar of our tallow balm ($30 off any balm) through a free-plus-shipping promotion. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer and are not included in the offer. When applying the code FEEDBACK at checkout, the cost of one tallow balm jar will be reduced by $30; however, shipping charges will still apply.

1. No Returns or Exchanges: Items received through the Feedback Program are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These products are provided at significantly reduced cost specifically for sampling and feedback purposes. As a small business, we absorb the product costs to let you try our items risk-free, making return processing unsustainable for these promotional items.
2. Exclusivity: This offer is limited to one free tallow balm per household. Any additional orders placed from the same household, shipping address, or billing address will be canceled.
3. Non-Compatible with Free Shipping: This offer does not qualify for free shipping. Customers are required to pay shipping charges, and it cannot be combined with other items in your cart to qualify for free shipping.
4. Duplicate Order Prevention: We closely monitor orders to prevent abuse. If multiple orders are placed using the same address, IP address, or email, the system will detect it and block any additional attempts.
