When do the free gifts start?
On your 3rd renewal, as long as that order total is $25+. They keep coming on renewals 4, 5, and 6.
Is it based on subtotal or total?
Your full order total, taxes and shipping included. Hit $25 for the gift, $50 to unlock both gifts at that step.
If I spend $50, do I still get the $25 gift?
Yes. The two stack. A $50 or higher renewal gets both gifts for that step, not one or the other.
Does how often I get deliveries change anything?
No. Gifts go by how many times you have renewed, not how often. Monthly or every few months, the ladder is the same.
Do I pay shipping on the gifts?
No. We cover gift shipping. You just pay for your normal order.
How does subscription shipping work?
Renewals now use weight-based shipping instead of the old flat rate. That usually means lighter orders cost less to ship, and free gift items do not add gift shipping.
Can I manage it myself?
Yes. Log in to My Account to skip, pause, change dates, change frequency, edit products or quantities, ship now, update address or payment, or cancel any time you want.
