We don’t take on every retailer who asks. Here’s how we decide, and what we expect from the shops that carry us.
Intelligent Wellbeing is built around grass-fed tallow, traditional ingredients, and a slow refusal to play the synthetic skincare game. The retailers we work with feel the same. If your shop, spa, or studio shares that philosophy, we’d like to hear from you.
The wholesale program is selective. We keep our partner list small on purpose. It protects our DTC customers, our margins, and the integrity of every jar that ends up on a shelf with our name on it.

The Basics
Pricing, full margin structure, and a complete line sheet are shared after your inquiry is reviewed and approved. Here’s what’s non-negotiable upfront.

What We Ask of Partners
These aren’t suggestions. They’re the conditions of carrying the brand.
MAP Pricing
Minimum Advertised Price is strictly enforced. Approved partners receive a current MAP sheet with every order. Violations result in immediate suspension of wholesale status.
No Third-Party Marketplaces
Our products may not be listed or sold on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Faire, or any other third-party marketplace. This protects every retailer in our network from being undercut. No exceptions.
Shelf Commitment
Brick-and-mortar partners commit to keeping our products visibly stocked for a minimum of 12 months from your opening order.
Honest Representation
If you photograph or describe our products on your site or social channels, we ask that you represent the brand accurately. We’re happy to provide approved imagery, copy, and ingredient information.
The Process
- Submit your inquiry below. The form takes about 5 to 10 minutes. The more detail you give us, the faster we can review.
- We review. Most inquiries get a response within 5 to 7 business days. Not every submission moves forward, and we won’t always be able to explain why.
- If we’re a fit, we send terms. Approved retailers receive a wholesale agreement, a current line sheet with pricing, and the MAP policy. We’ll set up a brief intro call if needed.
- Place your opening order. Prepaid via wire or card. Once payment clears, your order enters the production queue.
- Build the relationship. After two successful orders, you become eligible for Net 30 terms and access to seasonal pre-orders, new product previews, and co-marketing opportunities.
