I ordered the Heritage Starter Bundle, why is it taking so long to ship?
The Heritage Starter Bundle is experiencing overwhelming demand. Because of this, there is a 3-5 business day backorder from the day you ordered. So, at the latest, you will receive tracking 5 business days after placing your order. If you’d prefer not to wait and just want a refund, no problem! Just submit the form above.
Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation?
Order confirmations come immediately after placing a successful order. If you don’t see one in your email inbox, check your spam folder. We aim to use as little plastic as possible. This has the added benefit of not leeching microplastics into our products.
