How The Program Works

Approved affiliates receive a unique coupon code and affiliate link. Customers receive 20% off eligible non-bundle products when they use an approved affiliate code. Most affiliates earn 10% commission on eligible non-bundle item sales and 5% commission on bundle item sales, calculated after product discounts and excluding shipping and taxes. High-reach creators and affiliates who consistently refer new customers may be considered for private commission rates shown inside their affiliate dashboard.

Affiliate codes can pair with bigger INTWB sale codes. If a customer uses an affiliate code with a larger eligible INTWB sale code, the larger sale discount wins, the affiliate code may give the customer an extra 5% off eligible non-bundle items, and attribution stays attached to the affiliate code. This extra 5% is a customer discount only; it is not an extra 5% affiliate commission. Two percentage sale codes do not compound together.

Bundle items are not discounted by affiliate codes. The code may still appear on bundle-only or mixed orders so the order can be attributed, but the bundle line itself receives no affiliate-code discount.

Attribution And Cookie Window

The affiliate coupon code is the source of truth. If a valid affiliate code is used on an order, that code controls attribution. Affiliate links also set a 30-day first-party cookie when possible. Cookies are a fallback and may be limited by browsers, privacy settings, device changes, or customer behavior.

If no affiliate code is used and no valid affiliate cookie is present at checkout, the order may not be commissionable. If multiple affiliate signals are present, Intelligent Wellbeing may use the clearest order-level attribution signal available, with the applied coupon code taking priority.

Commission Approval, Payouts, And Clawbacks

Commissions are pending until the order is past the review, refund, chargeback, and fraud window. Intelligent Wellbeing may hold commissions for at least 30 days and may reverse commissions for refunded, canceled, charged back, fraudulent, self-referred, or policy-violating orders.

Payouts may be grouped and paid monthly by PayPal or bank transfer after an affiliate reaches a reasonable minimum payout threshold, currently expected to be $50 unless we publish a different threshold. U.S. affiliates may need to provide payout details and required tax information before receiving payouts, including W-9 information before reportable annual payment thresholds are reached.

Self-Referrals And Abuse

Affiliates may not earn commission on their own purchases or on orders primarily intended to generate commission. We may block or reverse commissions when customer identity signals such as email, account, billing details, shipping details, payment patterns, device/IP behavior, or unusual repeat behavior indicate self-referral or abuse.

FTC Disclosure And Promotion Standards

Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing their relationship with Intelligent Wellbeing when promoting products. Use clear disclosure language such as "affiliate link," "I may earn commission," or #ad where appropriate. Affiliates may not make unauthorized health, medical, legal, or earnings claims.

Missing Commission Reviews

We cannot review vague missing-sale claims. To request a review, the affiliate must provide specific proof such as customer name or email, order date, approximate order amount, the code the customer says they used, screenshots or messages from the customer, and any other details that help us locate the order.

We do not guarantee commission for every conversation, click, impression, or unsupported claim. The program is built around verifiable order data, applied codes, and valid 30-day link attribution.

Approval, Inactivity, And Termination

Applications are reviewed for relevance, fit, and promotion quality. We may deny, pause, remove, or terminate affiliates who are inactive, misaligned with the brand, misleading customers, abusing discounts, violating these terms, or creating unnecessary support burden.
