❖ Where are your products made?
All Intelligent Wellbeing products are hand-crafted in small batches here in the U.S. using grass-fed tallow, natural oils, and other carefully sourced ingredients.
❖ Is your tallow bleached & deodorized?
No. We skip industrial refining to preserve vitamins A, D, E, and K. Our tallow retains a natural creamy color and mild earthy scent—proof of its nutrient density.
❖ How long will shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually arrives in 3–5 days within the U.S.
❖ Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes. International orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
❖ What’s your return policy?
We stand by our products. If you’re not satisfied, email us within 45 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.
❖ Safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our formulas are made without synthetic fragrances, parabens, or harsh chemicals. Always patch test if you have concerns.
