We use these instead of raw saponified oils (traditional soap) because raw soap has a very high alkaline pH (10+) that damages the hair cuticle and causes waxy buildup. By using coconut-derived surfactants, we can create a bar that is pH-balanced (5.5) to match your scalp, ensuring your hair stays healthy, shiny, and clean—without the plastic bottle.
