I’ve noticed I experience deeper sleeper when I put it on my feet. I put it on my temples and neck when I have migraines and it calms my muscles and nervous system. I use it on my clients who have high stress and anxiety and it definitely makes a difference in their regulation treatments. I would give it a 5, but sometimes you get some gritty pieces. However, the effects outweigh that grit because it really works and I love that it is just clean ingredients!
